Right Flap Repair, Step Polish

Polished steps, repaired dent on right flap.

Time: 3 hours.

Installed carpet with Velcro. Did touchup painting of steps.

Time: 3 hours.

Changed hole covers on wheels from 5/8” to 3/4”. Prepared leading edge of wing tips for repainting.

Time: 4 hours.

Found and modified valve stem extension to work on nose wheel through nose wheel pant.

Time: 4 hours.

Drilled wheel pants for tire valve access. Programmed Weight and Balance in airplane.

Hired a wrecker truck to move the airplane to my hangar at Felts Field.

Time: 4 hours.

Designed, fabricated and installed aileron pushrod boots to prevent drafts into the cabin.

Time: 6 hours.

Designed and fabricated Control Stick Boots and installed them with Velcro to the cabin floor.

Time: 8 hours.

Installed rest of fuselage, canopy, corrected paint in front top and spinner.

Time: 3 hours.

Installed interior of cockpit, rugs, floor, baggage wall.

Time: 4 hours.
