Removed plug from crankshaft. Cleaned and dried intake atrium.

Time: 4 hours.

Installed seals on air inlet.

Time: 4 hours.

Fabricated and fit and epoxied balsa walls for inboard intake ramps. Trimmed S-602-1 rear spinner bulkhead to match S-602B doubler ring.

Time: 4 hours.

Fabricated and fit baffle seal for rear and side baffles.

Time: 4 hours.

Finish trimmed the baffles to 3/8” from inner surface of upper cowling.

Time: 4 hours.

Rough trimmed the baffles to fit upper cowling.

Time: 4 hours.

Trimmed front baffles to front ramp baffles. Created angles to join them.

Time: 4 hours.

Fit and trimmed right baffle ramp to cylinder baffle #1.

Time: 4 hours.

Fit filter retainer strips to baffle floor and to #2 cylinder baffle.

Time: 4 hours.

Drilled and fitted nutplates to filter support brackets. Installed filter support brackets in snorkel with pop rivets.

Time: 4 hours.
