Avionics Wiring – 4

Installed #6 wires to Main Bus and Ground Bus.

Time: 4 hours.

Designed the Instrument Panel and made the cutouts.

Time: 12 hours.

Installed Tosten Control Stick Grips for Pilot and Co-Pilot. Both are connected via molex connectors in the control stick.

Install GSA-P Wiring Harness.

Time: 4 hours.

Install GSU Wiring Harness.

Time: 4 hours.

Installed GMU Wiring Harness.

Time: 4 hours.

I designed and built a heated pitot tube and angle of attack probe.

Time: 10 hours.

Installed rudder cables in snap-in bushings.

Time: 4 hours.

Mounted the Battery Box for the PC-680 Battery to the Firewall. Mounted the Master and Starter Solenoids to the Firewall.

Time: 4 hours.

Built the battery box to house the PC-680 Battery.

Time: 6 hours.
