Installed seals on air inlet.

Intake Ramps and Spinner Bulkhead

Fabricated and fit and epoxied balsa walls for inboard intake ramps. Trimmed S-602-1 rear spinner bulkhead to match S-602B doubler ring.

Engine Baffle Installation – 9

Fabricated and fit baffle seal for rear and side baffles.

Finish trimmed the baffles to 3/8” from inner surface of upper cowling.

Air Filter Installation – 3

Fit filter retainer strips to baffle floor and to #2 cylinder baffle.

Drilled and fitted nutplates to filter support brackets. Installed filter support brackets in snorkel with pop rivets.
