N-Number Applied

The N-Number decal was applied to both sides of the rudder.

Time: 2 hours.

Designed, fabricated and installed aileron pushrod boots to prevent drafts into the cabin.

Time: 6 hours.

Designed and fabricated Control Stick Boots and installed them with Velcro to the cabin floor.

Time: 8 hours.

Installed rest of fuselage, canopy, corrected paint in front top and spinner.

Time: 3 hours.

Installed interior of cockpit, rugs, floor, baggage wall.

Time: 4 hours.

Installed elevators, rudder, pushrod, repaired primer rear fuselage interior.

Time: 4 hours.

Painted canopy rail white, reprimed seat back support, removed overspray on engine.

Time: 4 hours.

After masking and preparation was complete the blue and turquoise paint was applied to the wings, empennage, cowl and wheel pants.

Time: 6 hours.

Masking was done for the blue areas and for the turquoise stripes on the empennage, cowl, wings and wheel pants.

Time: 8 hours.

After preparation the turquoise paint stripes were applied to the fuselage.

Time: 6 hours.
