Aileron Pushrod Boots

Designed, fabricated and installed aileron pushrod boots to prevent drafts into the cabin.

Control Stick Boots

Designed and fabricated Control Stick Boots and installed them with Velcro to the cabin floor.

Final Fuselage Assembly

Installed rest of fuselage, canopy, corrected paint in front top and spinner.

Empennage Installation

Installed elevators, rudder, pushrod, repaired primer rear fuselage interior.

Canopy, Seatback Paint Touchups

Painted canopy rail white, reprimed seat back support, removed overspray on engine.

Paint Blue and Turquoise

After masking and preparation was complete the blue and turquoise paint was applied to the wings, empennage, cowl and wheel pants.

Masking for Blue and Turquoise Paint

Masking was done for the blue areas and for the turquoise stripes on the empennage, cowl, wings and wheel pants.
